MerusCase has made updates to our online payment portal, which allows for payment by credit card, bank transfers, instant additional licenses, and scheduled automated payments. As such, MerusCase is no longer accepting checks.
Two ways to pay
Pay via Email Notification
When your invoice is released, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know that you can pay your invoice in our payment portal. To do so, click on the orange Pay Now button and from there you’ll be redirected to our secure online payment webpage.
Within the payment portal, you will see all available outstanding invoices for your firm. You can pay all at once, or uncheck an invoice (checkbox on the left) to pay individually. Once ready to pay, you can click on the “Pay Now” button on the top right-hand corner. It will display the total amount to be paid, which could vary if you have selected more than one invoice at a time.
You can choose between credit card payments or ACH payments.
Once a payment method has been entered, you will have the option to enter a backup payment method if you wish. Otherwise, you can continue to pay the invoice(s) you have selected by using the primary payment information you have provided and click the orange “Pay Now” button.
Once payment has been made, you will see a confirmation pop-up letting you know it was successful. You’ll also receive a confirmation email shortly after, summarizing the payment.
Pay via MerusCase Software
You can also access your invoices and make a payment within the MerusCase software. Go to Tools & Settings > MerusCase Subscription Information > Account & Billing Info.
On the top right-hand corner of the screen, you’ll see the total amount of outstanding invoices and a “Pay Now” button next to it. (Note: You will only see a “Pay Now” button if you have any outstanding invoices).
After clicking the “Pay Now” button, you will be redirected to our secure online payment webpage.
