Case Files
Set Primary Party
Firm administrators can now specify the primary party on a case file, which can be helpful if the incorrect party is marked as primary or when a case file has no set primary party. Any party with the correct people type for a given case type can be set as the primary party for a case file.
Subpoena Records
We have introduced some improvements to our built-in copy service ordering process to allow for Personal Injury case data to be correctly transmitted to copy service providers, as an extension of the functionality already available in Workers' Compensation cases. Now when ordering subpoenaed records from within a Personal Injury case file, information like the date of incident and claim number are sent to the copy service provider of your choosing when submitting an order form.
Other Updates
Significant Activity - Improved tracking of firm-assigned significant activity tags when editing an activity.
Invoices - Updated invoice behavior to reflect when the specified Attention To contact is removed as a party from a case file.
