Cases List with Injury Detail - Custom Field Data
The Cases List with Injury Detail report now includes an option to include custom field data in the report output. This allows firms to more easily report on and track data points specific to their firm alongside the data already present in the Cases List with Injury Detail report.
In addition to tracking the date of the Last Significant Activity, the Stale Cases report and Cases List with Injury Detail - Defense report will now also include information on the specific activity tag corresponding to the Significant Activity. The Case Details page within each case file also displays this information. This information will automatically be included in the affected report, and will provide additional insight into the type of activities that are being tracked.
Billable Time: Summary
In addition to being able to filter the Billable Time: Summary report by which user either billed or logged ledger items, the report now included a report option to include information on both data points. This provides a more comprehensive overview of ledger items from within the time frame specified when running the report.
Email Preference - The Signature setting under user email preferences now includes additional help text to explain the character limit and best practices for setting up an email signature.
Email Subject Defaults - Users can now autofill case information into the email subject field when forwarding a case message, in addition to being able to so do when composing new case messages.
Firm Preferences - The Significant Activity firm preference page features a new interface, making easier to select and count which activity tags are being tracked.
