✨Events - Associated Case Party / Contact with Calendar Event
We’ve enhanced calendar events to allow users to be able to link a contact or case party to an event for greater visibility on involved parties / attendees. When creating a new event there is a new ‘Add Associated Party’ action that provides options for adding all parties related to a specified contact. Please note that this feature is only available on events that are associated with a case file.
Other Updates
Reassign Cases - Addressed an issue where cases were unable to be reassigned using the reassign user option.
Help Center Update - Addressed a paging / spacing issue for Google Chrome Browser users resulting from our legacy help center widget.
Performance - Updated underlying framework to improve message and activity performance.
