This article covers new product enhancements included in our March 2, 2023 release.
✨ = User Requested Feature
✨ Tasks: Sort by priority
Users can now sort tasks by priority (high, normal, and low) to easily find and work on high priority tasks across all cases first.
✨ Report Enhancements
Case List by Injury Detail and Case List by Injury Detail - Defense: Users can now select how they would like to filter cases for the report - by Date Modified, Date Opened, or Date Closed.
Upcoming Calendar Events per Claims Adjuster Assigned: This report now includes additional information for each event including jurisdiction, office, employer, employer address, and date of injury. Users can also filter cases by “Bill to Contact” so they can view upcoming calendar events related to a specific client.
✨ Tracking Reopened Cases: When and Why
New fields are now available in the case details section for “Date Reopened” and “Reopened Reason”. Firms can track the contact at the client who authorized reopening the case as well in this text field. The Reopened Reason field appears when a case’s status is changed from “Closed” to “Open”.
✨ Audit License Count Changes
Administrators are now able to see which users adjust their MerusCase license count, either adding or removing licenses, and when those changes were made.
The new MerusCase Help Center is here!
Renaming a file in the Recent PDFs view will also update the name of the document in case activities.
Pronouns field is now available on contact cards for users to select a contact’s preferred pronouns.
