Claimant Details
The information in this section is derived from the contact details of the case’s claimant. The information includes the claimant’s name, gender, marital status, date of birth, and Social Security number. To make changes to this information, you may edit the contact card for the claimant via the Parties tab or the firm Rolodex.
Social Security Details
Most of information presented in this section can be entered by hand. The following fields are listed under the Social Security Details section of this tab:

Court Case Number: The court case number assigned to this case can be specified here, if it differs from the claimant’s Social Security number.

Alleged Onset Date: The appropriate date for this claimant’s case can be selected using the built-in date picker widget, or typed into the provided field.

Age at Time of Disability: The age listed in this field is automatically calculated based on the Alleged Onset Date. This field cannot be manually modified.

Date Last Insured: As with the Alleged Onset Date field, the Date Last Insured can be selected using the date widget or manually typed.
