Details of Arrest
To edit the arrest details, click on the Edit button. On click, the editable fields will appear. Enter in all necessary information and click Save. The information includes:

Dates: Crucial dates, such as of the arrest and hearing.

Location, Arresting Agency & Officer: Who made the arrest.

Police Report Number, Statement, Test Results: Specifics of the arrest itself.

Booking, Bail, Docket: Details of the processing which occurred after the arrest.
Charges / Prior Conviction
In this section, you can view and edit details of the charge(s)/prior(s).
Adding a New Charge / Prior Conviction
To add a new charge, click on the Add Charge / Add Prior button. On click, a new section will appear. Enter in information as necessary and click Save. The information includes:

Date of Incident: When the incident pertaining to the charge/prior occurred.

Type, Classification, Criminal Code, Description: Legal particulars of the charge/prior. For the Criminal Code and Description fields, note that our system will automatically suggest options for the criminal code as you type and - once you select a code - automatically fill in the corresponding description. The codes displayed are determined by the jursidiction(s) of the user, as set up in My Preferences. Please see Tools - My Preferences for more info.

Status, Citation Number: More details on the processing of the charge/prior.

Convicted/Paroled/Amended/Dismissed: This checklist allows you to select all statements which are applicable to the charge/prior. Depending on which one(s) you select, additional fields for further details will pop up.

Miscellaneous/Notes: Any notes you may wish to record.
Once saved, the charge/prior conviction will appear as a line item in the Charges Against Defendant / Other Convictions section.
Editing a Charge / Prior Conviction
Click on the line item you want to edit. The edit view will appear, allowing you to edit the info as necessary. Click Edit and - when finished - click Save.
Deleting a Charge / Prior Conviction
To delete, click on the control column (seen as three little dots) next to the line item and click Delete.
