As a user, you have the ability to quickly hide the Case Progress Timeline by clicking on the arrow next to the Case Progress header.
You can also disable the Case Progress Timeline for all cases by doing the following:
- Go to Tools & Settings
- Select My Preferences
- Underneath the Case Details section you can uncheck the option for Show Case Progress in Case Details
- Click Save
Firm Admins have the ability to create, modify, or delete any Case Progress Timelines. For more information regarding Administrator permissions for the Case Progress Timeline, please check out our Case Progress section.
