Syncing Your Calendar from Outlook
You can access your firm calendar from Outlook. By default, MerusCase will sync events that are assigned to you from one week in the past to six months in the future.

Warning
Use of the third party Outlook CalDAV Synchronization Tool is not supported nor recommended by MerusCase. Use at your own risk! This is a work-around for users who absolutely need it. If you do not use one-way sync you will likely encounter sync issues.The MerusCase philosophy centers around having one unified, centralized system to manage a firm's needs in everything across documents, emailing, calendaring, billing, and more. Syncing calendars undermines a firm's workflow and creates unnecessary points of possible failure through reliance on multiple applications, so we strongly discourage using this and urge you to consider transferring your calendar from Outlook to MerusCase.
Important Note
MerusCase does not allow syncing of deleted events. You must only delete events from your MerusCase calendar.-
Download the Outlook CalDav Synchronizer tool.

Extract the archive and run the setup.exe. Follow the installation instructions.

Once the tool is installed open Outlook.

Open the new CalDav Synchronizer tab. You should see a few options like Synchronize now, Synchronization Profiles, General Options, etc.

Open Synchronization Profiles and click the plus icon on the upper-left of the window to add a sync profile.

Select Generic CalDAV/CardDAV on the prompt that appears.

Enter the following settings:

Name: MerusCase Calendar (This can be anything.)

Outlook folder: Use the button on the right of the field to select your calendar from the prompt

DAV Url: https://cal.meruscase.com

Username: Your MerusCase User Name

Password: Your MerusCase Password

Email address: Leave this blank.

Synchronization mode: Outlook ← Server (Merge) If this is set to Two-Way, you will likely receive errors.

Once you have entered your information click Test or discover settings.

You should be prompted with another pop-up. Make sure the MerusCase calendar is selected and continue.

The tool may update your DAV Url after confirmation; click Ok to close the window.
